Siam Aura is operated by Liang Meng Kok ("we", "us"). By using Siam Aura you agree to these terms. They work together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Entertainment, not advice
Siam Aura presents traditional Thai astrology and AI-written text for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice and does not predict the future with certainty. Do not make important decisions, or stop any treatment, because of a reading. If you are struggling with addiction or your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional.
2. AI-generated content
Readings, rescue scripts and photo reads are written by an AI model from chart facts we compute. They can be imperfect. Photo-based features are entertainment only and are not a scientific or biometric analysis.
3. VIP subscription
- Siam Aura VIP is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly at US$4.99 or yearly at US$29.99 (local prices may differ by country).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- You can restore a purchase from the paywall screen.
4. Your use of the app
- Only upload photos of people who have agreed, never of public figures or children, and never anything unlawful.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, overload or try to bypass limits or protections in the app or its servers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter.
5. Ownership
The app, its artwork, text and design belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices. Your own notes and entries remain yours.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop features at any time, and may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
7. No warranty and limits of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
